汤盈盈，香港无线电视艺员，籍贯中国广东顺德，在加拿大蒙特利尔长大，中学毕业后入读加拿大协和大学，于1994年参选加拿大蒙特利尔**夺冠，随后在1995年到港参选国际华裔**竞选，虽然未能夺得冠军，但旋即与无线电视签约成为艺员，之后在同年加入香港无线电视第8期艺员进修班，同期学员还包括姚莹莹、滕丽名。值得一提的是，其伯父是前香港道教联合会主席汤国华。她在家中排行老幺，有两个哥哥，其父于饮食业经商，在加拿大拥有多间连锁式自助餐馆(其中一间是位于蒙特利尔的 L'empereur de Chine )，家境富裕。1998年与钟慧仪炒孖展，结果负债20多万。

她在加入香港无线电视后，曾参与多部电视剧集的演出，但由于她的形象比较性感，所以时常被委派饰演一些“狐狸精”（丈夫的外遇）、港女的角色。直至2005年，她在《阿旺新传》一剧作出一个突破性的演出，饰演李笑好（一个脸上有很多雀斑，而且有哨牙的女生），大受观众欢迎，获无线电视颁发“最佳女配角”奖。

2008年，参加湖南卫视《舞动奇迹》第二季，与高梓淇组成了“高汤”组合。

出生于加拿大蒙特利尔的汤盈盈，自小与两位哥哥及多位堂哥哥一起玩耍，一起打篮球，滑板，足球，摔角和曲棍球等运动，令她成为了一个不节不扣的“男仔头”。在中学时代，Angela加入了学校的戏剧组，由此对表演艺术产生浓厚的兴趣，在校内参加各种不同的舞台演出。

1995年Angela获选为加拿大蒙特利尔华裔**，并代表蒙特利尔来港参加际华裔**选举，入选前十名。95年尾回港加入HKTVB第8期训练班并签约成为TVB合约演员。

Angela非常热爱自己的工作，她喜爱参与电视剧集和**演出，扮演各种不同的角色；又参与旅游节目的演出，趁工作到世界各地游览。

为了不断提高自己的演艺水平，Angela现正利用工余时间学习瑜珈，唱歌，演出艺术等课程。
